All assessments and feedback provided are for educational guidance purposes only. While we aim to offer accurate and constructive feedback based on the submitted work, we do not guarantee any particular exam result, school placement, or academic outcome.
Performance in 11+ examinations depends on many factors beyond our control, including the child’s development, preparation, exam conditions, and marking standards used by individual schools or exam boards.Parents and guardians remain responsible for all decisions made based on the information provided in our reports.
Limitation of liability
​To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of academic placement, or loss of expected results.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with our services (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Refund and cancellation policy
Due to the personalised nature of our services, including the marking, assessment, and preparation of bespoke reports, all purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.​
​If you cancel your order before submitting any completed work for assessment, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Any administrative or processing fees already incurred may be deducted.​
If you experience technical issues or believe a service has not been delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your report so that we may investigate and, where appropriate, offer a correction or clarification.
Statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by this policy.
Intellectual property
​All materials provided by us, including but not limited to tasks, worksheets, assessment criteria, feedback, reports, and website content, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use within your own household only. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, sold, published, or used for tutoring or commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Any work submitted to us for assessment remains the intellectual property of the parent/child. By submitting work, you grant us a limited license to use the material solely for the purposes of assessment, quality assurance, and service delivery.
Governing law
These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
​The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under these Terms.
